Phase 2: Fatloss (Weeks 3-7)

Hi, and welcome to Phase 2 of the Badass Bikini Body Plan. In this phase, we will be focusing on fatloss, and the preparation and priming you completed in Phase 1 will help to ensure that you are raring and ready to go.             

In this phase, we will be focusing on two main areas for fatloss: keto, and intermittent fasting. When used in combination, these offer a fast, effective way to shed fat – and keep it off in the long term. With this in mind, you will learn all about macros, keto, intermittent fasting, and the ingredients you will need to rustle up a range of fast, filling and nutritious dishes which are designed to help you keep fat off for life.
