Phase 1: Introduction (0-15 Days)

Welcome to Phase 1 of your Badass Bikini Body challenge: this is your time to prime.

In Phase 1, we will be preparing your body for the transformation it will undergo over the remainder of the program. This is a chance to get your muscles used to working out, learn a little more about Keto and the foods you will be eating, and making sure that you have everything you need to hit the ground running in Phase 2.
